How to use:
Soak some methi dana seeds at night.
The next day make a fine paste by grinding the seeds.
Apply this paste on the hair and scalp like a hair mask then wash the hair after 2 hours and shampoo.
2. Amla or Indian Gooseberry
Amla is popularly known as Indian Gooseberry. This is extremely efficient making the hair thicker, shinier and above all to prevent the graying of hair. This is why amla oil is extremely beneficial. You can try amla juice and coconut oil combination at night to give the scalp a gentle massage. Then keep this overnight and wash in the morning. Amla is also a great source of vitamin C thus it will also induce the hair regrowth.

Neem leaves are one of the best remedies to cure the dandruff and any scalp itchiness. You can try applying a paste of neem leaves on the scalp and leave for an hour.
