For dark circles, rub a thin slice of potato under and over the eyes. Keep this overnight. Then wash the face in the morning. For acne scars, use some lemon juice mixed with some honey and wash after 30 minutes.
Try Dove moisturizing face wash and Neutrogena oil free moisturizer.
Lakme 9 to 5 foundation is good but I will suggest you to try few foundations on the counter to get teh right shade and suitable one for dry skin.
