Hi Rone,

You shoudl use a pimple cream as any other cream will not work to treat the acne, therefore either use eraser pimple cream, clindamycin phosphate gel or benzoyl peroxide gel at night over the acne.

hii mam,

my face is an oily type and i have lot of pimples causing a lot of trouble to my face. Could u plz suggest me a remedy and whether i need to use any antipimple cream??

You can use tomato juice every night and wash the face in the morning. This is beneficial in lightening the skin tone.
