Tips and Home remedies for dark buttocks skin

1. Yoghurt and Turmeric remedy for dark buttocks

Darkness on the butt can be very effectively lightened by the use of yogurt and turmeric pack. Yoghurt smoothens the skin and also takes off the darkness. Turmeric controls the melanin and also reduces the roughness on the butts.

2. Lemon juice with Glycerine

Lemon juice is an excellent way to get rid of the darkness and improvise the complexion of the buttocks. Mix a teaspoonful of lemon juice and add half teaspoonful of glycerine. Apply this on the bums and massage with circular movements. This will promote the blood circulation. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse off. This remedy can be done while in the shower.

3. Sugar, Aloe Vera gel and lemon juice remedy for dark buttocks

This remedy works in two ways. It mildly exfoliates to slough off the dead skin cells and it also lightens the darkness. With the regular use of this scrub, this scrub remedy will makes the butt area smoother and darkness will be gone gradually. Mix 2 teaspoonful of fine sugar and add two teaspoonful of aloe Vera gel into it. Add one teaspoonful of lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well. Use this mixture to massage the area gently and with circular motions rub on the area. Keep this on for extra 10 minutes and the rinse off.

Some tips to prevent the butt getting darker

Use cotton under wear as they allow the air to get in and keep the area dry.

Scrub the buttocks everyday with mild loofah to eliminate the dead skin

Use moisturisers after the shower to keep the buttocks hydrated.

Do not use too hot water to bath, it may aggravate the problem.
