Hi Satvinder,
I know acne and pimples can be really annoying. You can try neem leaves pack. or simply apply crushed neem leaves over the acne and leave it overnight. This works. You can also use clindamycin phosphate gel over the pimples at night which will heal them faster.

I am having severe painful pimples on my chin. plus I have normal oily skin. I dont know what to do. Please tel me the sured remedy which I can follow for month or two. I am losing my confidence coz of just these stupid pimples. You can even suggest me a routine. I will follow the same.
