How to do dry brushing step by step technique /procedure

For the dry brushing you will need a brush obviously. The brush can be of medium size with natural bristles. Nothing very harsh for the skin though.

To start, get into the shower and remove the clothing. Take the brush and gently use on the body in circular motions. Start with the hands, neck and chest and so on. Make sure to do every body part at least 2-3 times. The entire process will last for about 5-7 minutes. This can be tried by men as well.

Be gentle on the delicate body parts and can put a little extra pressure over the rough parts like elbows, Knees, heels etc. After completing the dry brushing, take the bath to remove the flaky skin and debris off the body.
