Hi Ruchi,

In that case she can use a neem scrub on those. Also apply a mixture of tea tree oil with distilled water in the ratio 1:2 using a cotton ball.

Apply a paste of besan with milk everyday and scrub off after 10 minutes. Use turmeric and butter mixture on the lips when you go to sleep this lightens the darkness.
