You can apply tomato juice every night then wash in the morning. You can also use some concealer for cover up.

You can try Clindamycin gel at night. that is available at a chemist shop. This will cure the acne.

Then everyday try using some tomato juice and wash the face after 30 minutes. This has to eb done done. This will surely improve the complexion.
