Thank you for the that. :) I can understand your body skin is very dry but oily face. You can try a body butter instead of body lotion which is very hydrating and will also fade the fine lines on the body skin. For natural remedy, try applying a mixture of almond oil and coconut oil every night. This will nourish the skin. You can also use milk cream to massage the skin of hands and legs an hour before bathing.
