Hi everyone!! I will review a Lakme skin care product which I have used 2-3 times earlier as well. I mean I used this Lakme peach milk moisturizer 3-4 years ago and even before that when the packaging was different. Recently, while watching TV I came across this TV Ad of peach milk moisturizer and I thought I should give it a try again. As far as my earlier memories goes, the product was okayish. So, is this Lakme peach milk moisturizer good for the skin? Let’s find out. Who doesn’t want that cutesy softer looking skin. I am sure we will want that and we are enticed by the TV commercials of a product. Haha so true!! Even I like the TV ad where that cute looking girl is followed by that kid and asks her to buy cotton candy. The peachy blushed look of that girl makes us drool over the product. Marketing strategy!! This is a part of Lakme’s fruit moisture range by the way. Let’s see what this product is exactly!!

Review/ Experience with Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer

The product comes in a cute looking bottle with a peachy pack and peachy cap. The product is peachy in color too. If you will look at the ingredients and claims, it says that this moisturizer contains a blend of peaches and natural substances like 7 hydrating agents, 3 essential vitamins, 3 Alpha Hydroxy Acids and 3 Anti oxidants. You can also check the complete list of ingredients on the packaging.

The moisturizer has a peachy pink color and looks so nice. I love its texture. The texture is very light weight. When I take this in between my fingers it feels softer and non greasy yet light. I have combination skin in winters and oily in summers hence, using the right skin care products is so necessary for me. I will use products which are not at all greasy in texture as that can make my pores getting blocked and eventually my skin gets breakouts. Moreover, when I use greasy products, then the skin also feels oily and dark. Not to forgot the oily fried look that greasy skin care products may give.

This peach milk moisturizer is very light and I will just take a drop of it. Yes, I take only a drop of this peach milk moisturizer. I like the mild smell of this lotion. When I apply this on my face and neck this gets fully absorbed within minutes and leaves glowing and hydrated skin. I like that this does not make my skin look oily though after 3-4 hours my T zone gets oily but that is normal even if I do not use anything at all. Hence, I will not put the blame on this moisturize for that honestly. I think this is a good Lakme product for oily skin.

I have used this for over a month now and this has not made my skin to get pimples, break out of even the whiteheads. Yes, friends I am so afraid of whiteheads. I used to have so many of them earlier but now they have gone and I do not want any more of that. This has not made my skin lighter or not like that but I will say that skin looks better. This is not a miraculous product honestly but a decent skin moisturizer as this is very difficult to get a non greasy and light weight skin moisturizer.

Now, having said that, I will also say that this Lakme peach milk moisturizer will not be very beneficial for dry skin. Dry skin require lot of moisturization but as this product is not so much in moisture hence for dry skin you can feel some relief but after some time the skin gets dry again.

• This is affordable for face moisturizer but if you will use it on body then this will be costly for you. IN anyways, there is no where written that this is a body lotion of moisturizer for body. Just for the face and neck is mentioned.
• The packaging is good and can be easily travelled with or kept in a purse, bag etc
• This is non greasy and is light weight
• This gets instantly absorbed in the skin for a radiant glow and hydration.
• This will not make the oily skin oilier
• This is good for oily, normal, combination skin for everyday use.
• This has SPF 24 which is good for every day use
• This can be used by men as well

Cons of Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer

• This will not be very effective for dry skin types
• The ingredients list say all, the product has a lot of chemical but some skin friendly ingredients are also there.

Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer is a decent skin moisturizer for oily to combination skin. The light weight and non greasy texture of this moisturizer will not make the skin look dull, dark and oily but adds a soft glow. This is ideal for oily combination skin but not for the dry skin as for the dry skin you need a little more moisturization.
