Hi everyone I will review, Lakme Youth Infinity Skin Firming Day Creme today which is a youth sculpting cream. I got this cream around an year ago but have never used it until last month. This cream is from the Lakme’s youth sculpting range and Lakme claims that this helps to maintain a youthful skin. This range has face wash, night cream, serum and this day cream. The good thing about this cream is that this has SPF 15. This also claims to get rid of the dullness.

This youth infinity skin firming day crème is laced with SPF 15 which makes this a perfect cream for sun protection and with anti aging benefits. I liked the beautiful purplish colored tube which has a elongated nozzle like thing. I like this attractive packaging of this Lakme Youth Infinity Skin Firming Day Crème. This a whitish colored cream which has a normal consistency. The cream smells a little too much at time which honestly I am not a fan of. I like products that smells less or mild.The consistency is very light that helps to blend the cream nicely all over the face.
Let me tell you how I used this Lakme Youth Infinity Skin Firming Day Crème: I will cleanse my face then I will, take a pea sized amount of this cream. I will then apply this all over the face and massage. I do not take too much quantity since I do not need that much, my skin is already combination. I like using Lakme products for my oily skin and this is a bit greasy at time.
After the application I do feel that my skin feels a little greasy but my skin still feels okay. After 2-3 hours I can see that some sebum come on my nose and chin which I have to bloat with a tissue. During the winters, my skin will become a little dry on the cheeks and while in summers my skin feels combination with normal cheeks and oily T zone. After using this Lakme Youth Infinity Skin Firming Day Creme SPF 15 for some time, I feel that this will be suitable for the normal to dry skin. I think that is due to the fact that people who have mature skin mainly gets lines and wrinkles and since the skin gets dry as we age that is why they have focused more on the moisturization features of this cream.
In Delhi the weather is very cold in winters and very hot and humid in summers. My mum has dry mature skin so I think this cream will suit her more. So, anyways I used this cream for 2-3 weeks and here’s what I think about this. Firstly, the cream has not break me out which is a good thing as I always dread about the break outs whenever I use any new products even my brother also has this fear that new products may break out but still we like to try new products haha. This Lakme Youth Infinity skin firming day creme brings a soft glow on the skin which was good and skin looks radiant. I really did not think that the cream will be ideal for youngsters as many youngster have oily combination skin so for them what’s the use of sculpting cream with anti aging benefits. So, I think this is better for the mature people like people over 30s who have got dry skin or people over 35 with oily skin that needs to take anti aging precautions.

Lakme Youth Infinity Skin Firming Day Crème is better for the people with dry skin and people who have crossed their 35s when the skin is oily. This may be helpful in preventing the lines and wrinkles but not for youngsters who have got oily skin. So, I will suggest that people in their 20s with oily skin can try their Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Gel Crème which is light and has gel cream like texture or even they can try the Perfect radiance serum for oily skin.
